I am praying for you daily. St. Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray, and do thou O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God cast into hell satan and all the evil spirits who roam through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Lord, hear the heart of this Mother. I pray for our Troops, their families and this Nation that I so Love. Lord when our troops are down lift them up with spirit. When the darkness of fear comes in-part courage in their hearts from the light within. When their tears come wrap them in the comfort of your hand. Still the rage that follows the loss of a friend with reason and clarity of purpose. Stay the hand that would lash out in anger, and lose it in cold hard reason.
Again there is darkness on the world, an evil that has no bounds. It brings death and destruction in many places to the unsuspecting and unarmed. The mightiest of the wounds for our Troops is their hearts.
I know this for fact Lord, so I ask as a Mother that you watch over their bruised souls. Wounds and injuries to the body will heal in time, lose of limbs can be adjusted to. But the heart Lord is another matter, today yet I see the great pain in Veterans eyes. It is the pain they still feel in their hearts. Soften that pain Lord, for their greatest gift is their humanity. Really Lord a simple request for you, soften the blows of War on their Hearts. A request to ease the pain for all our Troops past and present. Hold fast for us Lord our Banner of liberty. In your name Lord I ask these things for them.

You are always in our Hearts, Minds, and Prayers - come back to soon.

You are our Heros. May God bless You and keep you in the palm of His Hand. I to am a Veteran, and I wish there were words enough to thank you for a job well done. For now all I can do is pray for you, and say thank you once again for a job well done.

To: My Brothers - September 6, 2007

"You are in my Heart. The thoughts of you are so thick I can brush them away with my hand. I pray to the Lord for you daily. I fear that God can not hear my prayers over the sound of my falling tears. There is hope. God has been kind to my family He has returned my father; Master Sergeant/Green Beret, Home from Afghanistan 3 times and brought him home from Africa 3 months ago. He has also brought my cousin PFC home from Iraq twice. I pray that he will bring you home to your families that miss you deeply. My Brothers you are light of this country that is being surround by darkness. The cause for you being on a foreign battlefield is grey to me and I have trouble finding the reason, and that is why you are what makes the U.S. the greatest country in the world. You are the protectors and providers of this country regardless of the politics. Your spirit is the spirit than men before you have used to build America. You are steady and stay true while the rest of the country try's to figure out which way is up. When you return home, there will be no parade and few will stop their busy day to welcome you home. To many times I have walked through airports with soldiers returning home and witnessed the disconcern and the cold half smiles that they receive upon their arrival. KNOW THIS BROTHERS, I rejoice in your return as I rejoice in your sacrifice and service and I will tell my children stories of your heroism and the life of honor that you CHOSE to live. A life of pride integrity and selflessness that so few have the courage lead. Thank you, My Brothers for your service. While the nation is worshiping college athletes and movie stars, I will be worshiping the Lord and praising him for sending men like you to pay the cost. Thank you, Brothers I will never forget."

To our Military ~ Mar. 2, 2006

Every day I'm grateful for what our military does. Reading the news reports of deaths makes me sad but I realize this type of reporting is new in this war and the enemy desires me to be brought down by this news. However, the Lord is an ever present comfort and I believe working in the hearts of our men and women in harm's way. Thank you Lord for holding those close that love you and keeping watch over our soldiers when we call on you. I pray for the Iraqi people to actively work to help themselves and see what real freedom will mean to them - an opportunity to openly worship the Living God. Amen.

To our Military: Active, Retired, Reserves and Families ~ Jan 1, 2006

Thank you for all you've done and do for so many. Thank you for the heritage, and legacy of freedom you have earned and given our nation, and for the freedom you are securing for the people in Iraq, Afghanistan, and around the world.

New Year's Eve was spent in quiet reflection of what makes our country great (you!) and today, the first day of the New Year, we give thanks again to our Heavenly Father for all of you: for the blessing you are, and the blessings you bring by your sacrificial service.

You are our strength and our security, our pride and our joy. You make all the difference!

Every day, we lift you up and ask the Lord to bless you and keep you safe, to put His protective hedge around you and His protective covering over you all. We ask Him to give you strength, guidance, wisdom and discernment, to meet every need of each service member and family, who carry on and serve at home. We'll be helping hands & feet, too.

Many of us have lost loved ones this year, and in the past several years; we stand with you. We ask the Lord Himself to give you His peace, assurance and comfort for the hard times and the hurting times. We pray that He will comfort, help and bring healing to every heart and that we can be with you to help when it hurts. Please know you are held close and carried safely in our hearts.
We support you and want you to know how very much we appreciate you and your leadership, strength, courage, honor and integrity.
We believe in you! And we are very, very proud of you! With all the respect, love, support and gratitude you deserve, for all you are and all you do, we thank you. You are truly our Heroes.

God bless you.
